MOSCOW, Russia — The President of The Russia Federation, Vladimir Putin has fired shots at the former President of the Philippines Fidel Ramos for describing Duterte’s first 100 days as a “letdown”.

According to Vladimir Putin, anyone who does not see what “Duterte has achieved and is achieving is blind”. “Ramos is blind. You do not need medicated spectacles to see what Duterte has done” – Putin said.

Nasa huli ang pagsisisi! Leni regrets going to US while ‘Nina’ battered Bicol

Vice President Leni Robredo has expressed regret that she pushed through with her trip to the United States over the holiday season while her kababayans in Bicol had to endure the wrath of Typhoon “Nina (Nock-ten).”

Facing reporters in Ocampo, Camarines Sur Tuesday (Jan. 3) after visiting typhoon victims, Robredo said she felt bad that she was out of the country to personally supervise relief efforts for her fellow Bicolanos.

“Nandoon ako na parang ang sama sa loob ko na may nangyayari dito na wala ako. Isang bagay na hindi din ako masaya, siguro marami din tayong ginawa while wala dito, inasikaso ang lahat ng relief, pero iba talaga kasi pag ako mismo ang nandito. Parang nandoon ako pero iyong pakiramdam na dapat nandito ka,” she said.

Typhoon Nina, which battered Bicol on Christmas Day, left six people dead and 19 others missing. The damage it caused is estimated to be worth $80 million.

While the Vice President said the family of her late husband, former Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo, hold reunions annually, she said it was “unfortunate (malas)” that it was her US-based sister-in-law’s turn to host the gathering last December.

“Ano iyon, talagang medyo malas para sa akin na nangyari ito na wala ako. Siguro kung mababalik lang mas gusto ko na nandito ako,” she said.

Knowing she cannot turn back time, Robredo said she’s “making the best out of the situation” by coordinating relief efforts with her staff while she was in the US and visiting the typhoon victims now that she has returned to the country.

Nangunguna naman sa top ten ang US presidential election; pangalawa ang Brazilian politics; pangatlo ang Pokemon Go; pang-apat ang Black Lives Matter habang nasa ika-anim na pwesto ang Olympics.

Pasok din sa number seven ang Brexit, ang Superbowl, si David Bowies at Muhammad Ali.

Ayon sa pamunuan ng Facebook, pinag-basehan nila ang “frequency” o gaano kadalas pinag-usapan ang nasabing isyu mula January 1 hanggang November 27, 2016.

Inilarawan naman ni Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg ang taong 2015 bilang “difficult year for a lot of people around the world.”

Probably the most dangerous method. It’s when you have a planchette and a board like this. An Old Chinese Woman Grown a 5 Inch Horn on Her Forehead

This Chinese woman had a mole growing on her head, but what it turned into later is unbelievable. Check it out!

87-year-old Liang Xiuzhen from Sichuan, South West China has been diagnosed with a rare medical condition which has caused a horn to grow out right in the middle of her head.

This started off eight years ago as a small itchy mole, which Xiuzhen treated using herbal remedies. Things were under control until two years ago when the mole burst open and a small horn began to grow out of it.

Xiuzhen’s son, Wang Zhaojun in a talk with People’s Daily Onlinestated: “We went to the hospital and the doctors couldn’t diagnose the growth. My mother doesn’t like going to the hospital because she thinks that she won’t be able to come back home if she goes.”

As a result, the horn went untreated and her condition went from bad to worse. One day while washing his mother’s hair, Zhaojun accidentally yanked the horn, after which it only grew even more rapidly.

Soon enough the strange growth had become 5 inches long and would bleed every now and then.

However, doctors have finally been able to diagnose this condition as the cutaneous horn, which is basically an unusual keratinous skin tumor.

Xiuzhen’s son is persuading her to go to the hospital to get the growth removed and her family hopes others learn of the medical condition so that anyone who goes through the same ordeal can get it treated before it’s too late.

The World's Most Haunted Doll, Came to Life and Gone Missing

This picture is a rare photograph of one of the world’s most haunted dolls,

taken from inside of one of the most haunted houses in the world.

Audubon House, in Key West Florida, has a dark and tragic history, as numerous sick children 200-years ago are believed to have died there during a deadly cholera epidemic.

The sick children were brought to the nursery in the house, where they would live out their last days. The doll belonged to the daughter of the home’s owner, Captain Jack Geiger.

The house was opened to the public as a museum in 1960, and the doll sat in a pram in the corner of the room.

After an elaborate security system was installed, the museum manager was constantly being called back to investigate alarms tripped by movement in the house. The activity would always be from the children’s room. Security Staff frequently reported seeing someone or something in the window but, when they went to investigate, no-one was there.

Whenever visitors tried to take photos of the strange looking doll, they all experienced problems with their cameras. Either pictures just didn’t come out at all, or black streaks appeared.

In one instance, the back suddenly flew off a photographer’s camera, exposing the film and destroying the image.

This particular photographer, a director planning to shoot a series for the Discovery Channel, determined to disprove the story of the camera shy doll, so he returned and took more pictures.

This photo is one of them – the last to be taken of the doll. The black streak is clearly visible.

Intrigued by this experience, the director decided to shoot the bizarre story of the doll.

But, the morning he was due to start filming, the Geiger House staff arrived and found the doll was gone.

None of the alarms had been tripped. Nobody had been in the house.

The doll had mysteriously escaped, and has never been seen since.
