Pampanga Mayor faces graft for selling Pigs for P1700/each


Mayor of San Fernando, Pampanga ready to face graft charges filed by PDEA. It demanded that her decision was correct to sell the  pigs for P1700/each because there is no funding for the municipalities take care of them (pigs)

The PDEA has filed a graft criticism on the office of the Ombudsman towards two Pampanga mayors for the sale of 4,038 hogs confiscated from an alleged shabu laboratory in September.
Named respondents within the PDEA’s 10-page complaint were Magalang Mayor Maria Lourdes Lacson and Bacolor Mayor Jose Maria Hizon, son of outstanding businesswoman Lolita Hizon of the famous Pampanga’s high-quality processed meats.
